A £50 deposit is required to secure all appointments at ERA Aesthetics and Wellness. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients and ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained. However, this can be transferred and used towards a future booking.
