At Era Wellness & Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare and wellness products. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we have outlined the following Returns & Refunds Policy for all online purchases.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product is returned in the same condition it was received.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any skincare or wellness products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards or complimentary products
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A full refund where applicable
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
